Our Cinnamon Essential Oil is steam distilled from the Cinnamomum Cassia Tree. Cinnamon essential oil is a relaxing sleep aid and mood enhancer when used in an aromatherapy diffuser. The 10 ml (0.3 fluid ounce) size with a built-in dropper makes it perfect for this application - both easy to use and easy to store. The scent is strong, warm and spicy with a touch of sweetness.
Cinnamon essential oil can also be used to scent room sprays, candles, and seasonal items like pine cones and garlands. It can also be used on your hair and skin, but only if carefully diluted.
In the Diffuser or Humidifier: Add 3 to 5 drops per 100 ml of water.
In the Sauna: Place 3-5 drops in a glass or ceramic container. Place the container in your sauna to be heated.
As a Room Spray: Add 15 to 20 drips per cup of water in a glass spray bottle.
Caution: Cinnamon oil has many beneficial uses for skin and hair, but you must carefully dilute the oil before use. Generally, dilute 1 drop of cinnamon oil with 30-40 ml (2 tablespoons) of carrier liquid.
