Frankincense Essential Oil (Boswellia Serrata) is commonly used via aromatherapy to create enhanced spiritual and meditative experiences, via its earthy and uplifting aroma that grounds and empowers. Stress relief: Use in an aromatherapy diffuser or apply topically by blending 2-3 drops with 1 teaspoon of your favorite carrier oil and rubbing on neck, chest, or temples.

Sleep aid: Use Frankincense Essential Oil in an aromatherapy diffuser before bed to help relax your body and mind, leading to a peaceful night’s sleep.

Itch Relief: Frankincense Oil is a great overall skin tonic. Blend 3-4 drops of frankincense oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil like coconut oil or almond oil. Apply this blend to itchy areas like bug bites, eczema, and sunburn.

I've tried using it in two different home remedies, but it doesn't seem to relieve pain like my other mix does.

This product has a strange smell, like oranges that have been treated with chemicals. The scent is not very strong, which is good because it's not pleasant. I was surprised when I received a big four ounce bottle, but that's my fault for not reading the description carefully before buying it. Every home should have frankincense, so it's up to you. I always spray it around with lavender and myrrh mixed in. Something good happens when these three are combined. Your base should always be one-third fractionated coconut oil. If you use it by itself, you might get a rash or irritation. Why waste a good thing by hurting your skin when you can mix it and have a nice smell in no time?

I just got this product and it smells like Turpentine! I asked a few people what they thought it smelled like, and they all said "Turpentine" and made a gross face. It's really bad! I put some in my Diffuser, and it got a little better, but not much. I didn't know what it was supposed to smell like, so I thought this was how it was supposed to be. I put a little on my face, and about a minute later, it started to burn and my cheeks turned red. It took about 15 minutes for the burn to go away after washing my face many times and putting coconut oil on it. I read some 1 Star reviews, and it seems like other people had the same problem with the strong smell and burning. It also didn't come with the eyedropper. I'm not going to bother returning it because it's not worth the time and money to send it back. Maybe I just got a bad one.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Usually, I buy undiluted essential oils because they are stronger. I didn't expect much from this one because frankincense is usually expensive, but this product is just as good as, or even better than, my small bottle. And it's much cheaper too! Now I don't have to choose which problem to solve because this oil can help with everything. This morning, I accidentally stubbed my pinky toe and it broke. It turned purple and hurt a lot. I rubbed some oil on it and put frankincense on top. I continued with my day. A few minutes ago, I took off my shoe and the bruise has gotten at least 50% better. It still hurts a little, but not as much. Tonight, I will put more oil on it, wrap it with gauze and plastic wrap, and it should be fine by tomorrow. I really love essential oils, and this one is great!

I read that Frankincense oil is supposed to be yellowish green, but this one is clear. That's the bad part. This product is alright. When I put a whole dropper of this oil on a towel near my bed, the smell lasts for about 2-3 hours. But when I wake up, there is no smell left on the towel. This is great! I got this to help my husband's back, and it actually helps me too! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & Fibromyalgia, and this stuff really helps with my symptoms. If you have muscle or joint pain, you should use this! It works better than the medicine my doctor gives me. If you know someone with health issues like this, give them some as a gift! At first, I used it directly on my skin, but it made my skin dry. Now I mix it with Olive Oil. I use a smaller bottle to make smaller amounts for freshness. I apply the oil as needed throughout the day, up to 3 times for intense symptoms. I wasn't sure how much to use, so I guessed based on an article I found online. When I have inflammation, I put this on and it starts working in 30 minutes. It helps with redness, heat, and pain. It works best for mild to medium pain, but not for every symptom. Sometimes it gets rid of all the symptoms for the day. If you have oily skin, it will help dry it up. It also shrinks pores. You can use it on your hair for definition and shine. Put it on your feet to help moisturizer soak in. It works well in a bath too. My husband used it on skin tags and they went away. I use it on wounds and it helps them heal faster and look better.

I'm pretty sure it has been mixed with something else. It's too watery and doesn't have much therapeutic effect. When I put it in my diffuser, I use 10-15 drops and it only lasts about 30 minutes (in a 4-hour diffuser). I now use it as an after shave because it's not very strong.
