Kale Almond Pineapple Smoothie
Kale is a superfood for all kinds of smoothies. With the sweetness of the Pineapple, you’ll have a smoothie that is perfect to kickstart your morning or an afternoon treat.

- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice

- 1/2 banana
Directions: Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Service immediately.
Kiwi Honeydew Smoothie
Kiwi and honeydew are the typical go-to fruits, but they compliment each other really nicely to create a smoothie that’s perfect for any time in the day. The apple provides just a little bit of tartness to offset the sweetness of the kiwi and honeydew. You’ll love to sweet and smooth taste.

- 2/3 cup honeydew melon chunks
- 1/3 green apple, peeled and diced
- 1/3 kiwi, peeled

Who doesn’t love a good creamsicle? The orange creamsicle has a great mixture of sour and sweet. It’s a great start to your morning or it could even be your dessert!
