Our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee
We make natural beauty and wellness products we're proud of, and we want you to love yours. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Pure Body Naturals purchase, contact our Customer Happiness Team within 90 days of your purchase for a full refund.
How to start a return or refund
Email us at cs@purebodynaturals.com with your order number, where you made the purchase, and the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll take it from there and let you know the next steps.
Returnless refunds and required returns
Depending on the product, we'll handle your refund in one of two ways, and we'll tell you which applies when you contact us:
- Returnless refund — for many lower-value items, there's no need to send anything back. Keep or dispose of the product, and we'll process your refund.
- Return required — for some higher-value items, we'll ask you to send the product back before your refund is issued. We'll provide return instructions when you reach out.
Whether a return is required generally depends on the item.
Refunds
For returnless refunds, we typically process your refund within 3–5 business days of approving it. When a return is required, your refund is issued after we receive the returned item — so the timing depends on how promptly the item is shipped back and how long the carrier takes to deliver it to us. Either way, we'll email you once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at cs@purebodynaturals.com right away if your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to contact us at cs@purebodynaturals.com — we'll help you arrange an exchange.
Where the guarantee applies (authorized sellers)
Our 90-Day Guarantee is valid on products purchased through this website and through the official Pure Body Naturals storefronts on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Wish, as well as our authorized partner Atars. It does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers on those marketplaces or elsewhere. Products bought on Amazon.com without valid proof of purchase from Pure Body Naturals or Atars are not covered. For multiple purchases of the same product, the guarantee is valid on the first item.
